PAYMENT
* We only accept Visa or MasterCard for online orders. Please make sure you have a valid credit card account.
* Orders are only available for delivery in Australia.
* International Orders need to be emailed to info@amygillett.org.au
* Once payment is received in full, goods will be posted.
POSTAGE & HANDLING
* Costs are calculated based on the total quanitity of the order.
* Items will be posted within 10 working days upon receipt of payment.
* Items will be posted to the confirmed address as provided in the order.
RETURNS POLICY
* Returns of goods:
Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Once goods are returned in original packaging with proof of purchase, a refund will be issued for the FULL amount of the returned item (excluding Postage and Handling).
Goods must be in the same condition on return. Please attach proof of purchase.
EXCHANGE POLICY
* Exchange of faulty goods:
Items should be returned to the Amy Gillett Foundation (Suite G.02, 616 St Kilda Rd. Melbourne VIC 3004) in original packaging with proof of purchase. Replacements will be returned to you within 7 days depending on availability.
