Thank you for supporting the Amy Gillett Foundation (AGF). By including the a metre matters and AGF supporter logo to your cycling apparel you are increasing awareness amongst motorists and bike riders alike to create a safer cycling environment in Australia.
The a metre matters safety campaign targets awareness and behavioral change of all motorists. Accordingly, the campaign depicts cars, buses and trucks. Over the past five years the AGF has striven to deliver the a metre matters campaign to millions of Australians. In January 2014, a federal petition was launched seeking the Australian Government to mandate changes to the model Australian Road Rules to incorporate minimum overtaking distance legislation and in April 2014, the Queensland Government has taken great leadership by implementing a two-year trial period of minimum overtaking distance legislation.
It is important to ensure that the use of the a metre matters logo always appears in conjunction with the AGF supporter logo and in accordance compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
1. Register your details to apply for the use of the logos, confirm payment fee of $500 in consideration of the intellectual property granted by the Amy Gillett Foundation.
2. AGF to review and approve (registration follows and conforms with AGF brand guidelines and bears no commercial conflict) and issue design files
3. Campaign organiser to submit artwork to the AGF prior to production
4. AGF to support organisation via social media (where applicable)

Thank you supporting the Amy Gillett Foundation in its mission to reduce the incidence of death and injury caused by the interaction between cyclists and motorists on Australian roads.
Your payment of $500 plus GST for use of Amy Gillett Foundation Intellectual Property ensures the AGF can continue it work to improve safety through awareness and educational campaigns and programs, research, policy development and influencing public policy.
These Terms must be read together with any Terms and Conditions specific to a particular event (Event Terms) which are located on the fundraising page for that event. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any Event Terms, then these Terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
An example of the way this fee structure works is as follows:
To cancel a Regular Giving payments the User must email
or calling 1300 889 272 or + 61 29326 9877. Cancelations
take up to 7 working days to take effect.
Any payment that occurs before this time cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded
by GoFundraise. Users will be notified via email that your payment has been cancelled.
It is the Users responsibility to ensure that cancellations have been made,
if you do not receive a confirmation within 7 days please call 1300 889 272 or + 61 29326 9877 immediately.
All receipts will be generated and emailed to you on the day your regular payment
is made and are available for download under the Users My Donation and Purchases area.
